Vegas Research Peptides LLC operates Locked Aminos. Contact us through the contact page or onsite support conversation for privacy questions or deletion requests.
Information collected
We store names, email addresses, messages, product selections and research-screening selections submitted through this website. Restock requests store the email, product and selected size. Do not submit confidential research details, payment-card information, identity documents or health information through these forms.
Why we collect it
We use this information to respond to questions, review research purchaser eligibility, handle order requests and record restock requests. These submissions do not enroll you in marketing. Automatic restock emails and outbound support email are not currently enabled.
Storage and service providers
Support and screening submissions are stored on our hosted server. WordPress and WooCommerce manage catalog information. Our hosting and domain providers support site operation. We may disclose information where required by law. We do not sell submitted personal information. No advertising pixels are currently configured.
Browser storage and security
Your cart is saved in browser local storage. A support cookie reconnects this browser to your conversation; staff login uses a separate session cookie. HTTPS protects data in transit. Clearing cookies removes browser access to a conversation but does not delete its server record.
Retention and requests
Records remain in our private support system until removed by staff. Contact support to request access, correction or deletion; we may need to verify your request and retain records required for legal or transaction obligations. Payment processing and any new analytics or marketing tools will require an updated notice before use.
